Dump and Bake Chicken Parmesan

INGREDIENTS 1 (12 ounce) package whole wheat penne pasta 1 (24 ounce) jar pasta sauce 2–3 cups water 1 pound of chicken (cut into small pieces) 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese 1 cup bread crumbs salt and pepper to taste INSTRUCTIONS Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spray 9 x 13 baking dish with cooking spray. Dump uncooked noodles, pasta sauce, water, chicken and 1/2 cup mozzarella in baking dish. Add salt and pepper. Mix ingredients together. Make sure liquid covers pasta and chicken. Cover dish with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked all the way through. INGREDIENTS 2 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil 1 cup chopped onion 2 Tbsp. minced garlic 8 oz. white mushrooms, thinly sliced 1 tsp. dried basil 1 tsp. dried oregano 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes 1 1/2 tsp. kosher salt, divided 1 (6 oz.) bag fresh baby spinach 2 cups shredded cooked chicken 2 1/2 cups low-sodium chicken stock 1 1/2 cups milk (I used whole milk) 1/4 tsp. nutmeg 1/4 cup all-purpose flour 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese 8 no-boil lasagna noodles 1 1/4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese INSTRUCTIONS Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Grilled Hawaiian Teriyaki Chicken

Ingredients 1 1/2 lbs chicken thighs boneless, skinless 1 cup soy sauce 1 cup brown sugar packed 1 cup pinapple juice 4 cloves garlic chopped 1 tbsp ginger fresh, minced Instructions Place chicken thighs in gallon-sized Ziploc bag, set aside. Combine remaining ingredients in medium-sized mixing bowl and mix until sugar dissolves. Pour marinade over chicken, press air out of bag, and seal tightly. Refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours). Heat grill to medium heat. Remove chicken from bag and set aside. Do NOT discard marinade. In a medium saucepan, bring marinade to a simmer and simmer for 5-10 minutes. Place chicken on grill and brush some of the hot marinade over the top (do not place brush back in marinade after brushing the chicken). Ingredients 16 oz can refried beans 12 oz can chicken drained and shredded 16 oz jar chunky salsa 8 oz shredded Mexican-blend cheese tortilla chips  Instructions Spray your 4-quart crock pot with cooking spray. GARLIC PARMESAN CHICKEN WINGS

INGREDIENTS 2 lbs Chicken Wings 6 tablespoons butter melted 3/4 cup fresh finely shredded Parmesan Cheese 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon onion powder 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper 1/4 cup fresh Italian parsley Ranch or Blue Cheese Dressing INSTRUCTIONS Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spread wings in a single layer on a baking sheet coated with nonstick baking spray or covered with aluminum foil that has been sprayed with nonstick baking spray.   Bake wings until light brown; approximately 40 minutes. Flip the wings halfway through the cooking time. In large bowl combine butter, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper and parsley. Gently fold in wings. Return to cookie sheet and bake an additional 10-20 minutes depending on how crispy you like them. For added crispness turn broiler on for the last few minute of cooking. QUICK & EASY CHICKEN AND ZOODLES

Ingredients 1 lb. chicken breast   thinly sliced 3 tbsp. olive oil 2 lbs. spiralized zucchini 3 medium zucchinis 2 tbsp. butter 2 garlic cloves finely chopped 1 tsp. paprika 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes optional Salt and pepper to taste Instructions  Place the chicken into a medium bowl. Add the paprika, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Mix well. Heat up a large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook for about 4 minutes on each side, or until cooked through. Remove from the skillet and keep warm. To the same skillet, add the butter, garlic, and zucchini noodles. Season them with salt and red pepper flakes. Ingredients 2 chicken breasts boneless skinless 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper 8 strips bacon Instructions    Note: click on times in the instructions to start a kitchen timer while cooking. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cut each chicken breast into 4 long, thin chicken strips. In a bowl add the brown sugar, salt and pepper. Add the chicken tenders and toss in the brown sugar. INGREDIENTS 3 chicken breasts boneless skinless 1 packet fajita seasoning 1 medium onion chopped 2 cans tomatoes with chilies 1 can black beans rinsed 1 can corn drained 1 red bell pepper chopped 4 cups chicken broth 2 cloves garlic minced 1 bay leaf 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro for garnish 1 cup tortilla strips for garnish INSTRUCTIONS Add all the ingredients except the cilantro and tortilla strips to the slow cooker and mix. Ingredients 1 lb. chicken breasts 3 tbsp. curry powder mild 1 tsp. turmeric powder ½ tsp. ground coriander 2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. sugar 2 15-oz. cans coconut milk lite or full fat 1 cup water optional 2 tbsp. butter or olive oil 2 cloves garlic crushed 4 cups sweet potatoes peeled, cut into 1-inch cubes 1 medium sweet onion cut into 1-inch pieces Rice cooked Cilantro optional See this recipe in Meal Plan #6 Instructions  In a small bowl combine curry powder, turmeric, coriander, salt and sugar.
